Leadership Team

Miss Mackay is an experienced senior leader with four years’ service as a Head Teacher in a South London primary school and wider leadership experience across several STEP academies. Her work has centred on Early Years and Phonics, supporting schools to strengthen provision and ensure consistency in practice. She holds the NPQH and is committed to securing strong foundations in the early stages of education so that children are well‑prepared for future learning.
